Re: Videotron G.P. Tariff Notices 48 and 48A – Extension of process deadlines
Dear Sirs:
On 6 February 2014, the Commission received a letter from Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) requesting that Videotron G.P. (Videotron) disclose costing information pertaining to Videotron’s Tariff Notices 48 and 48A. In that letter, CNOC requested an extension to the date for the filing of its intervention with respect to Videotron’s application. CNOC requested that it be able to file its intervention 15 days following the day that Videotron has disclosed all the required information.
Commission staff considers it appropriate to grant CNOC’s request for extension. Therefore, the intervention process on Videotron’s application is amended as follows:
1) All parties may file intervention no later than 15 days following the day that Videotron has filed its response to CNOC’s request for disclosure, and
2) Videotron may file reply comments no later than 10 days following receipt of such intervention.
Sincerely,
