Re: Cogeco Cable Inc. Tariff Notices 37 and 37A – Extension of process deadlines
Dear Sirs:
On 10 February 2014, the Commission received a letter from Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) requesting that Cogeco Cable Inc. (Cogeco) disclose costing information pertaining to Cogeco’s Tariff Notices 37 and 37A. In that letter, CNOC requested an extension to the date for the filing of its intervention with respect to Cogeco’s application. CNOC requested that it be able to file its intervention 15 days following the day that Cogeco has disclosed all the required information.
Commission staff considers it appropriate to grant CNOC’s request for extension. Therefore, the intervention process on Cogeco’s application is amended as follows:
1) All parties may file intervention no later than 15 days following the day that Cogeco has filed its response to CNOC’s request for disclosure, and
2) Cogeco may file reply comments no later than 10 days following receipt of such intervention.
