Re: Part 1 Application by Wightman Telecom Ltd. regarding Rogers Wireless Home Phone Service – Requests for information
Dear Sirs:
To assist the Commission to dispose of the application by Wightman Telecom Ltd. (Wightman) with regard to the above-noted matter, Rogers Communications Inc. (Rogers) and Wightman are to provide responses to the requests for information in Appendix 1 (Rogers) and Appendix 2 (Wightman).
Rogers and Wightman are to file responses to these requests for information with the Commission, serving a copy on each other, by 19 February 2014.
Rogers may file a supplementary answer with the Commission, serving a copy on Wightman, by 26 February 2014. Wightman may file supplementary reply comments with the Commission, serving a copy on Rogers, by 5 March 2014.
Documents to be filed or served by a specific date must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date.
