RE: Review of wholesale services and associated policies, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-551 – Process associated with requests for disclosure
Dear Madams/Sirs:
This letter addresses the process associated with any requests for disclosure of information designated as confidential in connection with the first round of interventions made in the proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-551, as amended.
The process and associated dates are as follows:
• Requests for public disclosure of information that has been designated confidential, setting out in each case the reasons for disclosure, must be filed with the Commission and served on the relevant party or parties by 21 February 2014.
• Responses to these requests must be filed with the Commission and served on the party or parties making the request by 7 March 2014.
• Determinations regarding requests for public disclosure will be issued as soon as possible.
