RE: Wholesale mobile wireless roaming in Canada – Unjust discrimination/undue preference, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-685 – Request for disclosure of information filed in confidence

Dear Mr. Blakey:

In your letter dated 8 January 2014, the Companies Footnote 1 stated that they do not object to the request made by the Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) to disclose the Companies’ confidential responses to Questions 5, 6 and 7 of the Commission staff information request. The Companies requested that the Commission provide guidance as to the level of detail required in the disclosure of these responses.

Accordingly, the Companies are to place on the public record of this proceeding the information designated as confidential in response to the above-noted questions. This information is to be filed with the Commission and served on PIAC by 13 January 2014, and must be received, not merely sent, by that date.
