Q. At paragraph 5 of its 30 October 2013 submission, Iristel indicated that it includes a provision in its contracts requiring wholesale customers (i.e. resellers) to conform to CRTC regulations. Provide a copy of a signed contract with a reseller which includes this provision and confirm whether Iristel includes this provision in all contracts with its wholesale customers.

Q. At paragraph 7 of its 23 October 2013 submission, Execulink quotes an email received from Teliphone as follows: “(Teliphone has) taken measures to ensure that all of our CLEC subscriber’s LD calls to your subscribers are routed to an IXC that uses your toll interconnection trunks”.
Describe in detail the specific measures that were taken by Teliphone. Indicate whether Teliphone includes a provision in its contracts with wholesale customers (i.e. resellers) requiring conformance with CRTC regulations. If so, provide a copy of a signed contract with a reseller which includes this provision and confirm whether Teliphone includes this provision in all contracts with its wholesale customers.
