RE: Tariff Notice No. 52 – Access Services Tariff
Dear Ms. Bégin:
On 18 December 2013, La Compagnie de Téléphone de Lambton Inc. (CTL) submitted a letter requesting to withdraw the application mentioned above. Lambton indicated that in 2014, it will file a new TN with the same purpose, but with better documentation.
The withdrawal request has been accepted and the record of proceedings for this notice will be closed.
