Re: Final comments of the Conseil provincial du secteur des communications (CPSC) of the Canadian Union of Public Employees, dated 3 October 2014

Dear Madame,

The Commission notes that in its final comments, CPSC asked the Commission to grant it a further reply because the transcriptions of the discussion forum were not placed on the public record for the proceeding as set out in Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2014-190-3.

The Commission notes that the online discussion forum has been posted to the Commission’s website since 21 August 2014. All comments on the online discussion forum are part of the public record of the Let’s Talk TV proceeding and were fully accessible to all stakeholders during the period for final written comments, which ended on 3 October 2014.

Accordingly, the Commission denies the request by CPSC to grant it a further reply.

Sincerely,

John Traversy
Secretary General
