This letter is regarding the request filed by Public Interest Advocacy Centre on behalf of “The Groups for the Public Interest” (the Groups) on 22 August 2014 relating to the Commission’s interrogatories in this proceeding.

Should you wish to respond to the Group’s request, please do so by no later 4 PM PST, Wednesday, 27 August 2014.  Should they choose to do so, the Groups may submit a reply by no later than 4 PM PST, Friday, 29 August.

Please note that the Commission intends to publish certain aggregate information on a national and/or group basis related to local programming expenditures and OTA transmission costs prior to the commencement of the hearing
