Re: Broadcasting application 2014-0516-8
Dear Mr. Belcher,
This is in reference to the application by Eternacom Inc. (Eternacom) to amend the technical parameters of the radio programming undertaking CJTK-FM Sudbury which was published as a Part 1 application on 12 June 2014.
Commission staff would like to inform you that the Commission has received another application that may impact the local Timmins radio market. In light of this, the consideration of Eternacom’s application as part of the Part 1 process has been suspended and the Part 1 public process which included Eternacom’s application is closed.
However, Eternacom’s application will be considered at a future proceeding. Any interventions and responses received relating to the application during the Part 1 process will be added to the public file.
A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
