Subject: Approval of procedural request to add additional information for the intervention related to Application 2013-1402-0.

Dear Mr. Chartier:

This is in response to your procedural request of 28 May 2014 submitted to the Commission by Radio Gaspésie inc. (Radio Gaspésie), which was intended to add more information to your intervention originally filed on 4 April 2014 in relation to Application 2013-1402-0, submitted by Radio du Rocher Percé Inc. (Rocher Percé) and published in Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2014-102.

Although this information was submitted after the intervention period, which ended on 7 April 2014, the Commission considers that the document in question contains relevant information and that it is appropriate to retain this information on the public record of Application 2013-1402-0.

However, because the information was not posted on the Commission’s website as an intervention before the end of the reply period, the Commission also considers it appropriate to give the applicant the opportunity to reply to this intervention.

The Commission hereby notifies Radio du Rocher Percé that it may submit a reply to the new intervention filed by Radio Gaspésie no later than 14 July 2014.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be placed on the public record of the proceeding.
