Subject: Application 2014-0212-2 – Allegation of undue preference vs Rogers Communications Inc. – Request to close associated file

Dear Mr. Blakey,

This letter is in reference to application 2014-0212-2 filed by Bell Canada under Part 1 of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Rules of Practice and Procedure regarding an allegation of undue preference vs Rogers Communications Inc.

In a letter dated 30 May 2014 Bell Canada requested that the Commission close the file associated with its application given that the conditions which precipitated the above-captioned undue preference complaint no longer exist. In light of developments, Commission staff considers the file associated with the above-referenced application to be closed.
