Dear Ms. Bishop:
This is in reference to your application (2014-0271-8), acting as the Canadian sponsor, to add the non-Canadian programming service, OSN Ya Hala HD, to the List of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution in Canada.
In the program description provided with your application, three of the programs listed contain the same description which does not describe the program, namely, Al Musameh Kareem, Hatouli Ragel, and Shwayyet Amal.
Please provide a revised program schedule that reflects a description of the specific programs. Also, specify the category (genre) for each program listed on the program schedule, e.g. category 7 (drama/fiction/comedy), etc.
Soundview Entertainment Inc. is required to provide the information requested above, which will be added to the public record, by no later than 16 April 2014.
The Commission requires that you submit your documents electronically using the secured service “My CRTC Account” (Partner Log In or GCKey) and fill in the “Broadcasting and Telecom Cover page” located on this web page.
