Re: Clarification letter from the Commission – Complaint by the Independent Community Television group (ICTV) (2013-1746-2)

Ms. Verdoni,

In a letter dated 28 February 2014, Québecor Média inc., on behalf of Vidéotron G.P., has requested an extension until 17 March 2014, of the reply deadline to the supplemental interrogatories sent by the Commission and dated 25 February 2014, with regards to the complaint filed by the Independent Community Television group (application no.: 2013-1746-2).

The requested extension is hereby approved.

Considering that the Commission has already planned a 40-day intervention period for this application, rather than the 30 days usually granted, the intervention period will not be affected by this extension.

A copy of all correspondence related to this application will be placed on the public record of the proceeding.
