Ms. Friesinger, Ms. Tabet,
This is further to the letter from the Independent Community TV (ICTV) group regarding community television service MAtv, filed with the Commission on 25 February 2014. In that letter, ICTV confirms filing its complaint on 11 December 2013 and requests that it be dealt with under Part 1 of the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure.
In order to complete the record, the Commission sent Vidéotron G.P. (Vidéotron) a request for additional information. Vidéotron has until 10 March 2014 to provide the information requested.
ICTV’s complaint, the CRTC’s interrogatory and this letter are on the public record of this proceeding (2013-1746-2) as of today.
Given the time granted to Vidéotron to reply, the intervention period for this proceeding will be extended by 10 days, for a total of 40 days, beginning today. This first phase will be followed by a 10-day reply period.
A copy of all correspondence related to this application will be placed on the public record of the proceeding.
