This is in reference to Asian Television Network International Limited’s (ATN) request to remove Star India One Channel, a non-Canadian programming service, from the List of non-Canadian programming services authorized for distribution (List) in Canada.
In order for the Commission to render its determination on this request, as requested on the application form at section 3.1b., please provide a letter from Star India stating the rationale for removing Star India One Channel from the List, including a clear and concise statement of the relevant facts as well as the grounds for this application.
ATN is required to provide the information/document requested above, which will be added to the public record, by no later than 13 February 2014.
The Commission requires that you submit your documents electronically using the secured service “My CRTC Account” (Partner Log In or GCKey) and fill in the “Broadcasting and Telecom Cover page” located on this web page. On this web page, you will also find a link to information on the submission of applications to the Commission “Submitting applications and other documents to the CRTC using My CRTC Account.”
