Further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2014-621, the Commission announces the addition of the following application, which it intends to consider without the appearance of the parties, subject to interventions:

Application by Comité organisateur du 150e anniversaire de Saint-Élie-de-Caxton for a temporary broadcasting licence to operate a French-language low-power tourist special events FM radio station in Saint-Élie-de-Caxton.
The station would operate on frequency 88.1 MHz (channel 201) with an effective radiated power of 10 watts (non-directional antenna with an effective height of antenna above average terrain of 22.5 feet).
The applicant proposes to broadcast and produce 39 hours of programming each broadcast week to facilitate and promote the events related to the 150th anniversary of Saint-Élie-de-Caxton. The temporary licence would be in effect from 1 April to 31 October 2015.
The station would limit on-air commercial activities to sponsorship identification or promotion with sponsor mention.
The Commission may withdraw this application from the public hearing if it is not advised by the Department of Industry, at least twenty days prior to the hearing, that the application is technically acceptable.
