CJMS Saint-Constant - Administrative renewal
- The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the French-language radio programming undertaking CJMS Saint-Constant, Quebec, from 1 September 2014 to 31 March 2015, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licence, including these set out in Broadcasting Orders CRTC 2014-175 and 2014-176, which are appended to CJMS Saint-Constant - Issuance of broadcasting orders following recurring non-compliance, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2014-174, 11 April 2014.
- This decision does not dispose of any substantive issue that may exist with respect to the renewal of this licence. Interested persons will have an opportunity to comment at the appropriate time.
