Rogers Communications Partnership – Final approval of a tariff application

Correction

  1. In Telecom Order 2014-327, the Commission approved Rogers Communications Partnership’s (RCP) Tariff Notice 35 on a final basis, stating that it had received no comments with respect to the application. In fact, the Commission received an intervention from the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) with respect to Tariff Notice 35. In light of this, the Commission will examine the complete record, including CNOC’s intervention. The Commission therefore rescinds final approval of the tariff application.
  2. In Telecom Order 2014-234, the Commission approved RCP’s Tariff Notice 35 on an interim basis. This interim approval will remain in effect pending final disposition of Tariff Notice 35.
