VF8003 La Guadeloupe – Revocation of licence
1. Fabrique de la Paroisse Notre-Dame de la Guadeloupe has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the low-power, French-language religious FM radio programming undertaking VF8003 Guadeloupe, Quebec, to continue its operation as an exempt undertaking pursuant to Exemption order for low-power radio stations that provide programming from houses of worship, Broadcasting Order CRTC 2013-621, 21 November 2013.
2. Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Fabrique de la Paroisse Notre-Dame de la Guadeloupe for the above-mentioned undertaking.
