Order of the Broadcasting Arbitrator

1. On 26 February 2014, the Broadcasting Arbitrator released an order with respect to the Re-Allocation of Paid Time Allocated to a Deregistered Party. This order, made under section 340(1) of the Canada Elections Act (the Act), supplants the 2013 Re-Allocation of Paid Time made on 1 August 2013.

2. The Commission is required, pursuant to section 342(1) of the Act, to notify broadcasters and network operators of every such allocation.

3. The Order of The Broadcasting Arbitrator may be viewed in full by going to the Elections Canada website.

4. Any inquiry relating to decisions and/or orders of The Broadcasting Arbitrator should be referred to the following:
