RE: NorthernTel Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 368

Dear Sir:

On 15 November 2013, NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel or the company) submitted Tariff Notice 368, in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff Section N100 and Section N190 to adjust the rates to reflect the expiry of a Commission-approved exogenous adjustment.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis for this application. Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis by the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.
