RE: NorthernTel, Limited Partnership Tariff Notices 366 and 366A – Elimination of the 900/976 Call Blocking Service Charge

Dear Sir:

On 16 October 2013, NorthernTel, Limited Partnership (NorthernTel) submitted Tariff Notice 366, in which the company proposed to eliminate its 900/976 Call Blocking Service Charge. On 29 October 2013, the company submitted an amended filing, Tariff Notice 366A, proposing to change the requested effective date of the tariff revisions from 31 October 2013 to 13 November 2013 and to make a minor housekeeping change.

Given that NorthernTel has amended its application, Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, Tariff Notice 366 will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.

Yours sincerely,
