RE: Tariff Notice 463 – Features and optional services
Dear Sir:
On 4 October 2013, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company (TCC) under Tariff Notice 463 (TN 463), in which the company proposed to introduce General Tariff item 323 – TELUS Home Phone Bundle, with a proposed effective date of November 5, 2013.
In its application, the company proposed rate ranges for the TELUS Home Phone Bundle, as well as the TELUS Home Phone Lite Bundle, with the minimum rates for these rate ranges filed in confidence with the Commission. TCC attested that the price floor test is met for all proposed minimum rates.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
Yours sincerely,
