RE: Allstream Inc. Part 1 Application with respect to extending the wholesale regulatory framework to affiliates of large incumbent local exchange carriers

Dear Ms Griffin-Muir:

Further to our letter of 26 September 2013, Commission staff notes that the relief sought by Allstream Inc. (Allstream) in its Part 1 application of 6 September 2013 is among the matters to be examined in the proceeding initiated by Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-551, 15 October 2013. In light of this, the proceeding initiated by Allstream’s Part 1 application is permanently suspended and the file will be closed.

Yours sincerely,
