Re: Tariff Notice 599 – Zero dialed emergency call routing service (0-ECRS)

Dear Ms. Duguay:

In a letter dated 10 October 2013, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) requested that the deadline for submitting its reply to a request for information by Commission staff be extended to
18 October 2013. In its letter, TCC indicated that the extension is required because of the limited availability of certain resource persons capable of providing the information requested.

Commission staff considers that under the circumstances, TCC's request for an extension is appropriate. Accordingly, the company must submit its answers to the Commission by
18 October 2013.

Yours sincerely,
