Re: Procedural Request in Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-337
In a letter dated 1 October 2013, DiversityCanada requested to modify its application for interim costs in order to participate in the above-noted proceeding.
The Commission will consider DiversityCanada’s interim cost application, as modified. Any party wishing to file comments on the modified request may do so by 10 October 2013, serving a copy on DiversityCanada. DiversityCanada may file a reply to any such comments by 14 October 2013.
