RE: Tariff Notice 929, Managed Utility Service ‒ Customer Specific Arrangement

Dear Sir:

On 5 September 2013, the Commission received an application by Bell Canada under Tariff Notice 929, in which the company proposed to extend an existing customer specific arrangement that expired on 31 July 2013 through to 31 July 2015. Bell Canada also requested that the Commission ratify the rates and charges for the service for the period after the tariff expired and during which the company was negotiating with the customer and its third-party supplier for continuation of the service. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Yours sincerely,
