Subject: Application by Bell Canada concerning a dispute with the borough of Outremont relating to construction of a next generation network and maintaining the existing network in the borough of Outremont
By way of letter dated 27 April 2012, Commission staff suspended the process associated with the above-noted proceeding at the request of Bell Canada, and in light of the progress being made on reaching an agreement between the parties.
Commission staff notes that, since that time, the record associated with the identified dispute has not been updated. Given the time that has elapsed since the original application and the lack of any public update, this file is now closed.
Bell Canada may file a new application addressing any outstanding concerns, as required.
