RE: Execulink Telecom Inc. Tariff Notice 72 - Revisions of the Direct Connection (DC) service rate
Dear Sir:
On 2 August 2013, Execulink Telecom Inc. (Execulink or the company) submitted Tariff Notice 72 in which the company proposed revisions to its Direct Connection service rate to reflect changes required in Regulatory framework for the small incumbent local exchange carriers and related matters, Telecom Regulatory Policy 2013-160, 28 March 2013.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis for this application. Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis by the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.
