Re: CNOC Part I Application requesting a review of rates for certain ILEC wholesale high-speed access services – Request for Extension
Dear Sirs:
The Commission is in receipt of a letter dated 13 August 2013, from Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Bell companies), that seeks approval to extend the date for submission of Comments associated with Canadian Network
Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) Part 1 Application from the current filing date of 14 August 2013 to 19 August 2013.
The Commission is also in receipt of a letter dated 13 August 2013 from CNOC in which they indicate support for the Bell companies’ request.
Commission staff considers that the extension requested by the Bell companies is appropriate. Accordingly, parties may file Comments regarding CNOC’s above noted Part 1 application with the Commission by 19 August 2013.
