Re: Application for an expedited hearing concerning the administration of the TELUS Communications Company support structure tariffs and a request for related orders
On 22 July 2013, Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw) filled supplemental reply comments in relation to the above noted proceeding, requesting that the Commission disregard the 19 July 2013 reply comments filed by TELUS Communications Company (TCC), on the basis the company’s submissions were out of process in that it raised facts and arguments that it ought to have raised in chief rather than at the reply stage.
Commission staff is of the view that TCC’s submissions were, in fact, responsive to the comments made by Shaw in its 18 July comments, and were therefore not out of process. Accordingly, your supplemental reply comments will not be added to the public record.
