Re: Application for an expedited hearing concerning the administration of the TELUS Communications Company support structure tariffs and a request for related orders
Dear Sirs:
On 15 July 2012, TELUS Communications Company (TCC) in its response to the above-noted application, requested that the Commission direct Shaw Communications Inc. (Shaw) to immediately file applications and associated documentation for all new WiFi attachments it intends to install on TCC’s supporting structures without prejudice to any final Commission determination in this proceeding.
TCC stated that its request would apply to all new installations, additions, rearrangements, transfers, or replacement of facilities on or in TCC’s support structures. TCC stated that if Shaw fails to immediately commence submitting Support Structure Applications then TCC reserved the right to remove those facilities consistent with the Support Structure Services Tariff and Support Structure License Agreement.
Shaw is to file its response to TCC’s request with the Commission, serving a copy on TCC by 18 July 2013.
TCC is to file its reply to Shaw’s response with the Commission, serving a copy on Shaw by 19 July 2013.
