RE: Amtelecom Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 74 and People’s Tel Limited Partnership Tariff Notice 79 - Revisions of the Direct Connection (DC) service rate
Dear Madam:
On 26 June 2013, Amtelecom Limited Partnership (Amtelecom) and People’s Tel Limited Partnership (People’s), both operating as Eastlink, submitted Tariff Notices 74 and 79 in which the companies proposed revisions to their Direct Connection service rate to reflect changes required in Telecom Regulatory Policy 2013-160, Regulatory framework for the small incumbent local exchange carriers and related matters, 28 March 2013.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis for both applications. Consequently, these two applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis by the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.
Yours sincerely,
