Re: TN 445 – Wholesale Internet ADSL Service – 50 Mbps Residential Service – Request for extension for response to interrogatories
Dear Mr. Woodhead:
The Commission has received a letter dated 14 June 2013 from the Telus Communications Company (TCC) requesting an extension of the deadline for remitting the responses to the interrogatories that were sent to TCC by the Commission on 27 June 2013, from 11 July to 18 July 2013. TCC cited workload constraints.
The Commission staff grants the extension request. TCC is to file its responses to the interrogatories with the Commission, serving a copy on all other parties, by 18 July 2013. These responses are to be received, and not merely sent, by this date.
Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date. Copies of the documents should also be sent to marc.pilon@crtc.gc.ca.
