RE: Tariff Notice 461

Dear Sirs,

On 7 June 2013, the Commission received an application from Télébec, Limited Partnership (Télébec or the Company), in which the Company proposed to extend the availability of the basic Residential package in the exchanges associated with rate bands G1-e and G2-e and that the new rate come into effect on 22 June 2013.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Accordingly, the application and any subsequent amendments will not be approved provisionally within 15 calendar days of their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along
with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the complete application.
