RE: Tariff Notice 119 – Introduction of Centrex IIe Service
Dear Madam:
On 7 June 2013, the Commission received an application by CityWest Telephone Corporation under cover of Tariff Notice 119 (TN 119), in which the company proposed introducing Centrex IIe Service. The company has indicated that its application is a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis and consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
