Dear Sirs:
On 4 June 2013, the Commission received an application by NorthernTel Limited Partnership, in which the company proposed revisions to its General Tariff Section N490 – Residential Call Management Bundle with a proposed effective date of 18 June 2013.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis by the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.
