RE: Tariff Notice No. 1 – CLEC Model Tariff
Dear Sir:
On 7 May 2013, the Commission received an application by Eccentric Artists Technical Services Ltd. O/A Communicate Freely (Eccentric Artists) in which the company proposed to introduce its CLEC General Tariff. The company has indicated that the application is a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
