Dear Sir:
On 17 May 2013, the Commission received an applications by TELUS Communications Company (TCC or the company), in which the company proposed revisions to Item 321 – Business Local Access Bundle with a proposed effective date of 1 July 2013.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar days following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.
