RE: Ontario Telecommunications Association Tariff Notices 100 and 101

Dear Mr. Holmes:

On 10 May 2013, the Commission received applications by the Independent Telephone Providers Association (ITPA) under Tariff Notices 100 and 101, in which it proposed a number of housekeeping changes to the Ontario Independent Services Tariff. The ITPA indicated that its applications were Group B retail tariff filings.

Commission staff is continuing its review of the applications.

Consequently, these applications will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.

Yours sincerely,
