RE: Tariff Notice 355 – Withdrawal of tariff application
Dear Sir:
On 2 May 2013, Northerntel Limited Partnership (Northerntel) filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission, noting that the company intends to resubmit it as a Group A application since it meets the criteria for Group A filings.
Northerntel’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The public file for this application is therefore closed.
