RE: Tariff Notice 118
Dear Sir:
On 3 May 2013, CityWest Telephone Corporation (CityWest) filed Tariff Notice (TN) 118, in which the company proposed introducing rate ranges for residential and business primary exchange service pursuant to Regulatory framework for the small incumbent local exchange carriers and related matters, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2013-160, 28 March 2013, in which the Commission approved the use of rate ranges by small Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers. TN 118 had a proposed effective date of 21 May 2013.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis. Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar days following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of a complete application.
