Dear Sir:

Re: Tariff Notice 43 – Port-Out Cancellation Charge

On 25 April 2013, the Commission received an application by Vidéotron Télécom Ltée under cover of Tariff Notice 43 (TN 43), in which the company proposed to reintroduce tariff pages, to ratify the rates it has been charging since 22 June 2011, and to withdraw the tariff pages associated with Call Routing – Location Routing Number (LRN) Absent. The company indicated that its application is a Competitor tariff filing.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis, and consequently, the application and any subsequent amendments will not be approved provisionally on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent revisions, within 45 business days following receipt.

Yours sincerely,
