RE: Tariff Notice 1 – CLEC General Tariff
Dear Sir:
On 19 May 2013, the Commission received an application by Cablovision Warwick (Cablovision) under cover of Tariff Notice 1 (TN 1), in which the company proposed to file its general tariff.
The company indicated that its application was a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis, and consequently, the application and any subsequent amendments will not be approved provisionally on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent revisions, within 45 business days following receipt.
