Re: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7372 – Extension Request for Responses to Requests for Information
Dear Madams, Sirs:
On 2 April 2013, the Commission issued its disclosure decisions and a request for information to Bell Canada regarding Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7372. In that letter, the Commission set out the following process dates: 5 April 2013 for providing the disclosures, 15 April 2013 for responses to the request for information, 22 April 2013 for comments by parties, and 29 April 2013 for reply comments by Bell Canada.
On 10 April 2013, the Commission received a request by Bell Canada to extend the deadline for responses to the request for information to 22 April 2013.
The Commission has not received any comments on the extension from parties.
Accordingly, the process dates noted in the Commission’s 2 April 2013 letter are modified as follows: Bell Canada is to provide responses to the Commission’s 2 April 2013 request for information, serving a copy on all parties, by 22 April 2013; Parties may file comments with the Commission, serving a copy on Bell Canada, by 29 April 2013; and Bell Canada may file reply comments with the Commission, serving a copy on all parties, by 6 May 2013.
