Interested Parties to Telecom Notice of Consultation 2013-80
RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-80 - Review of outstanding wholesale high-speed access service issues related to interface rates, optional upstream speed rates, and modem certification requirements rate – Further process for High Speed Access (HAS) Interface – Comments and Reply comments
In a letter dated 8 April 2013, Commission staff granted Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership and Bell Canada (collectively, the Companies), and TELUS Communications Company, an extension to 12 April 2013 for the filing of updated cost studies and proposed rates associated with the HSA Interface service.
Accordingly, the remaining process dates, as originally set out in NOC 2013-80, dated 21 February 2013, are revised as follows:
- Parties to the proceeding and interested persons who wished to file comments concerning the wholesale HSA interface rates of the Bell companies and TCC with the commission may do so by 22 April 2013
- All parties may file reply comments concerning the rates for the wholesale HSA interfaces of the Bell companies and TCC with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties by 29 April 2013.
