RE: Tariff Notice 3 – Update to include tariff references from model tariff for all ILECs
Dear Mr. Chislett:
On 22 March 2013, the Commission received an application by Comwave Networks Inc., in which the company proposed changes to its Access Services Tariff to include references to the tariffs of all the incumbent local exchange carriers in preparation for the company’s expansion across Canada.
Due to the extent of the proposed changes, Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application. Consequently, it will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with all associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
