Interested Parties to Telecom Notice of Consultation 2013-79
RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-79 - Review of rate principles for legacy business wholesale high-speed access services - Extension of deadline for replies: 5 April 2013
The Commission issued Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-79 (NOC 2013-79) on 21 February 2013. In it the Commission requested comments associated with the review of rate principles for legacy business wholesale high-speed access services.
In NOC 2013-79, the Commission indicated that parties to the proceeding and interested persons who wished to become parties to the proceeding had to file an intervention with the Commission by 25 March 2013. The Commission also indicated that it would post the interventions on its website shortly after 25 March 2013 and that all parties could file reply comments with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 2 April 2013.
Due to technical difficulties, the Commission will be extending the reply comment date. All parties may file reply comments with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by: 5 April 2013.
