RE: Northwestel Tariff Notice 891 - Introduction of V-Connect Service

Dear Mr. Yeulett:

On 14 January 2013, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. under cover of Tariff Notice 891, in which the company proposed to introduce Private Wire Service Tariff item 1110 – V-Connect Service.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application. Consequently, the Commission was not able to dispose of the application within 45 business days following its receipt. The Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, by the end of April 2013.

Yours sincerely,
